TODAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY at 3:30 p.m., the right lane of the westbound span will be closed for approximately 15 minutes to pick-up contractors currently working on the bridge.

Please be aware that this may have an impact on westbound traffic as, depending on traffic volumes, the left lane of the westbound span may already be closed for two-way operations.  If the left lane is needed to implement two-way operations, this will leave only the westbound center lane open for westbound travelers during this 15-minute period.

Staff will reopen the right lane as soon as possible once the contractors are removed from the bridge.

24 hour information concerning the Bay Bridge is available through Bayspan 1-877-229-7726.
